Advisory engagements.
I take a small number of advisory engagements each year. My background spans compliance, operations leadership, and team turnaround, not just one of these. The work I am most useful for sits at the intersection: AI governance and policy operations, privacy and SOC 2 readiness, ad-tech and data-platform compliance, and operating-model design for teams trying to scale a function from improvised to durable.
I evaluate each proposal individually, based on fit and interest. Pricing is bespoke; some engagements are paid and some are pro bono when the relationship justifies it. I do not publish a rate card because the relevant variables are scope, time horizon, and depth of involvement, and a rate card flattens those.
