While we do our very best to ship all plants promptly and well packaged, we are not responsible for US Postal Service delays.
In the rare case you do experience a delay and the loss of your order, please contact us right away with any photos of the effected plant(s) and we will arrange replacement at our discretion.

All purchases 'excluding' live animals
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding all holidays.
If you place your order before 12:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.
Shipping live animals
Delivery to a FedEx pick-up location of handling Dangerous Goods.
Live animals are shipped on business days : Monday-Thursday, excluding all holidays.
Live animals only ship when local overnight low temperature is above 39F the night of shipping, and your high temperature is below 91F at noon on the day of arrival.
If you place your order before 12:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the next day.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)
We unfortunately do not ship to any US territories. We only ship within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.
US Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via USPS but arrival may be delayed based on location. Note that no tracking number will be provided. Contact our customer care team with any questions.
We’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes because our shipping partners.
International Addresses (except Canada, read below)
Unfortunately, we cannot process international orders via our shopping cart at this time.
We can only offer non-perishable items to Canada (electronics, lights,pumps etc.).
We can not ship animals, plants, leaves, substrates or other natural items at this time.
At this time we use USPS Priority International flat rate (medium & large). You can find more information about rates to your area here.
For large orders please contact us and we can arrange the best price based on dimensions of your order.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock, but we are more then happy to prove a full refund or help you choose another item.
Order Cancellation and Changes
We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
When your order is shipped from our location, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can ship your frogs to a FedEx delivery location and the rest of the order to your home.
What shipping method do you use?
Most of our packages are shipped by USPS. However, some extremely large packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please contact us.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
No, delivery confirmation is all that is needed.
