Due to the sensitive nature of plants, issues should only be submitted for dead or heavily damaged plants.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery – send your order number and a brief description of what’s wrong to info@froskr.com Please indicate if you’d like store credit, a reship, or a refund if your claim is approved.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Refer to our Returning Policies for more info.
You, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.

What is a reasonable restocking fee? It is the percentage of the item’s price depending on type of item and condition when it is returned. Our restocking fee is 10%.
