Marcgravia sistenisii is native to Central and South America and is an easy to grow plant with low maintenance making them very well suited for the vivarium. Marcgravia sistenisii is a shingling plant that will vine towards the light with new leaves grasping to background and other vivarium hardscapes producing a foliage that is large and brilliant green with new emerging leaves a deep pink.
Growing conditions are just right in the natural vivarium, marcgravia love high humidity and a medium to bright light source. Easy to propagate under the right conditions you only need to cut a section and place in a moist area, usually on sphagnum moss or similar medium.
We grow all our plants under led lighting in a clean environment free from pests, fertilizers and other harmful additives. There is no need to quarantine or wash plants offered by Froskr.
